New books display

The latest batch of new books is on display, and will stay up through February 8, 2007. Please stop by the library to see what we have added. Reserve new books by writing your name on the blue streamers in the books; we will check the book out to you when it comes off the display shelf in February.

UIUC Library holiday schedules

The UIUC campus has established December 27th and 28th as Reduced Service Days.
On these days, the only UIUC Library units open to the public are:

• Main Library Information Desk
• Main Library Circulation and Bookstacks
• Grainger Engineering Library
• Law Library
• Illinois Natural History Survey Library

The INHS Library will be open for during our regular hours, 8:30am - 5:30 pm Monday Through Friday, with the following exceptions in December and January:
December 25, closed
January 1, closed
January 15, closed

New Hours for the INHS Library

Starting December 11th (Fall Finals) the INHS Library will permanently change its hours to
8:30-5:30 Mon. - Fri.

Instead of having 2 different schedules, 8:00-6:00 Mon.-Fri. for the Fall and Spring semesters and 8:00-5:00 Mon. - Fri. over the breaks and Summer semesters we thought we would try this.

Library Server Down 6am-10am Sun, Dec. 3

CARLI Library servers will be down for maintenance on Sunday, Dec. 3, from 6am to 10am.
