The upgrade of the catalog system appears to be going smoothly, and the catalog is expected to return to full functionality early this week.
The Online Catalog is now frozen for the upgrade.
Checkout and renewal is still possible at any library circulation desk; however, we cannot access your patron record to look up your borrower ID. Please bring your I-Card or Courtesy Card to check items out.
The request function in the catalog is disabled, and your account information is accurate as of 5pm June 14, but will not reflect items returned or borrowed after that time until the system upgrade is complete.

The UIUC Online Catalog freezes at 5pm today for approximately 2 weeks for a system upgrade.
If you have items you want to request from other UIUC libraries, or if you need to renew anything, please do so before Wed., June 14, at 5pm. The UIUC Online Catalog will be "frozen" at that time.
Once the catalog is frozen, online renewing and requesting services will be interrupted for approximately 2 weeks for a system upgrade.

Due to work on electrical systems, all CARLI (Consortium of Academic Libraries in Illinois) servers will be offline on Sunday, June 4, from 6AM until approximately 4PM.
